“The night clerk was very helpful and cordial. He located a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had forgotten to bring and also computed a map for man old friend's address. So nice!”

“It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that. The outdoor area looks really nice but we didn’t use it (others were). In fact, there quite a few watching soccer in the……

“My wife wanted a Bloody Mary but when we went down to get her one they said the bar doesn’t open until four or five he wasn’t sure and this was a Saturday morning????”

“Large room with nice king bed and desk. Only complaint was sink water pressure was too low and shower faucet dripped quite a bit.”

“Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free.”

“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”

“Honestly best 3 days of my life once you go inside it smells amazing and the room was really cleaned, the blinds really darken the room I overslept and thought it was still night and nope it was already 11am, the staff was amazing too very accommodating and I will definitely come back.”

“Checked in later in the night, was given a room key. Would not work. Turns out the room was already occupied. Glad I wasn't shot trying to get into someone else's room. Given a second key, went in the room to use the restroom and the toilet seat was broken off. Went back to the desk and was offered a screw driver to fix myself. Hotel manager was notified by email and was showed pictures of the room, however no response after a week. Cannot recommend this hotel.”

“Great breakfast. Tables cleaned when vacated. Staff was welcoming. Lots of parking Only knock is the shower had a bit of pink mold around the shampoo dispensers like it hadn’t been sanitized in a while. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Looks like an old Fairfield Inn hotel. TV did not work in room. Outlets on side of bed did not work. Room had fridge and microwave. Pool was shutdown. Not worth saving a couple of bucks to stay here.”
